SMS Terms

These terms govern the No More Promises SMS marketing programme. They form part of our terms of service, where they also appear as section 20.

The programme. No More Promises LLC operates an SMS marketing programme that sends drop announcements, early-access codes, restock and shipping notices, and occasional offers.

Consent. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from NMP at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 13 years old to join the list, and at least 18 to buy.

Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary around a drop.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will receive a single confirmation, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@nomorepromisesny.com.

Email and SMS are separate. Joining one does not join the other, and leaving one does not leave the other.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and supported carriers may change.

Your information. Messages are sent through Klaviyo. We do not sell your mobile number. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date.
